Sun - Woke up @ Noon - Gym - Fat content hovering over 30% again.. :(
Though the weight touched its low point in quite some time at 83.95. Lets c if it holds.

- Spent 1.5 hrs in Nakano City Central Library. Flipping through Marlon Brando - The songs my my mother taught me.
Completed False Impression this week and got started with Geisha, Gangster, Neighbor, Nun - Scenes from the Japanese Lives , by Donald Richie.
- Dinner - Taco Salad + Fried Chicken @ Coco's
